At Sushma Classes, we aim to provide high-quality educational programs, coaching, mentoring, study material, and related services. This Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy explains the terms applicable to payments made for our courses, programs, services, and educational products.
By enrolling in a course or making a payment to Sushma Classes, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Course Enrollment Payments
Once a student has confirmed enrollment and payment has been received, the seat/batch may be reserved for that student.
Accordingly, course fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable after enrollment confirmation, except where a refund is specifically approved by Sushma Classes or required under applicable law.
2. Cancellation by Student
If a student or parent wishes to cancel an enrollment, the request must be submitted to Sushma Classes through the official contact details.
Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Any refund request will be reviewed based on:
- The course or program selected
- Date of enrollment
- Whether classes or services have started
- Whether educational material has been provided
- Whether the student has accessed online content
- The specific refund terms communicated at the time of enrollment
3. Online Courses and Digital Content
For online courses, recorded lectures, digital study material, test series, PDFs, worksheets, or other digitally delivered educational content, refunds may not be available once access has been provided or the content has been accessed/downloaded.
This is because digital educational content may not be practically recoverable once delivered.
4. Offline Classes
For offline classroom programs, once a student’s admission or seat has been confirmed, cancellation or refund requests will be considered according to the applicable course-specific policy.
Attendance or non-attendance of classes does not automatically create a right to a refund.
5. Free Demo Classes
Where Sushma Classes offers a free demo class, trial session, counseling session, assessment, or introductory session, participation in such a session does not create any entitlement to a refund after paid enrollment.
Students and parents are encouraged to understand the course structure and ask relevant questions before confirming enrollment.
6. Course or Batch Transfer
In certain circumstances, Sushma Classes may allow a student to transfer to another batch or program.
Such transfer is subject to:
- Availability
- Course-specific rules
- Approval by Sushma Classes
- Any applicable fee difference
Batch transfer is not an automatic right and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Cancellation by Sushma Classes
In exceptional circumstances, Sushma Classes may cancel, postpone, discontinue, or substantially modify a course or batch.
Where a course is cancelled by Sushma Classes and an alternative arrangement cannot reasonably be provided, the organization may offer one of the following, as applicable:
- Transfer to another available batch
- Credit/adjustment toward another program
- Refund of eligible fees
The applicable resolution will depend on the circumstances and the specific program.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same course or service, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded or adjusted against another payable amount.
9. Failed or Pending Transactions
If an amount is debited from your bank account but the course enrollment/payment is not successfully confirmed, please contact us with the transaction details.
We will verify the transaction with the relevant payment gateway or financial institution.
Any refund for a failed transaction will be processed according to the payment gateway/bank settlement process and applicable rules.
10. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another method mutually agreed upon, subject to technical and payment-provider limitations.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or financial institution.
11. Non-Refundable Charges
Certain charges may be non-refundable where applicable, including:
- Registration charges
- Admission charges
- Administrative charges
- Customized educational services
- Digital content already accessed
- Study material already delivered
- Third-party service charges
Any applicable non-refundable charges will be communicated where relevant.
12. Study Material and Physical Products
If Sushma Classes provides physical study material, books, printed notes, test papers, or other educational products, any replacement or return request must be reported within a reasonable period after delivery.
Returns or replacements may be considered only in cases such as:
- Damaged material received
- Incorrect material delivered
- Missing items
The material may be required to be returned in its original condition for verification.
Used, altered, damaged due to misuse, or lost materials may not be eligible for replacement or return.
13. Promotional Offers
Special discounts, promotional plans, early-bird offers, scholarships, limited-time offers, or other promotional enrollments may have separate refund or cancellation conditions.
Where a special offer has specific terms, those terms will take precedence over the general provisions of this policy.

15. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a payment has been made fraudulently or without authorization, contact us immediately.
We may request supporting information and may coordinate with the applicable payment gateway, bank, or relevant authorities to investigate the transaction.
16. No Guarantee of Academic Results
Payment for a course, coaching program, or mentorship service does not guarantee any particular marks, rank, examination result, admission, selection, scholarship, or career outcome.
Refunds will not ordinarily be provided solely because a student does not achieve a desired academic result.
Student performance depends on multiple factors, including individual preparation, attendance, consistency, examination difficulty, competition, and personal effort.

Sushma Classes reserves the right to modify or update this Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy from time to time.

The applicable policy may depend on the terms communicated to the student at the time of enrollment, subject to applicable law.
